Other	Through our Employment Counselling we assist persons with disabilities a realistic and positive understanding of their strengths, needs and barriers ans assistthem in identifying solutions to overcome disabilityrelated barriers to employment. We assist persons with disabilities in creating and implementing job search plans for successfully obtaining competetive employment through our Job Search and Job Development services.
