Criteria for Participation

Currently eligible for ODSP, WSIB, LTD, EI and some programs are also offered to the general public who meet the necessary criteria

Monitoring Success

This varies form program to program. For our academic upgrading and ESL programs we use standardized testing at regular intervals. For computer skills training, we use computer based testing. For all programs there are typically monthly meetings with the client and his/her case manager or employment planner to evaluate progress and address any issues. We also use client and case manager evaluation forms at the end of programs, or quarterly for programs of longer duration.

Participant Feedback

Yes, this can be anonymous through evaluation forms or in-person as necessary

Follow up Program

We often monitor participants for as long as six months after they secure paid employment. This is done through a combination of telephone and in person feedback sessions and we attempt to implement assistive devices or accommodations as necessary to ensure success

Obstacles Facing Program

Is Program Well Utilized

Yes, but there are available spaces in all of our programs, most of which operate on a continuous intake basis
